Parking on the street in Woodburn Club is not allowed per the legally binding bylaws & covenants (6.8). The HOA Board has allowed for occasional & temporary parking at the end of Woodburn Club Lane.

 

The HOA Board has been asked to define "occasional & temporary" and will use the following guidelines when/if parking at the end of the street becomes excessive:

• The overflow parking is for non-resident guests only; all owners & residents must park on the parking pad located on their lot.

​

• Owners' parking pads must be filled to capacity before their guests can use the overflow parking.

​

• Overflow parking is on a first come/first serve basis.

​

• Each owner may utilize this parking for their guests a maximum number of 2 days per calendar month for a period not to exceed 24 hours per event.

​

• Please check with your neighbors and ask if they may have an extra space on their parking pad for guests. It would be a great way to meet your neighbors!

​

• Please make certain that all guests park flush against the curbing.

​
