Please remember to complete & send in an ARC (available at Hinson website) when you are doing anything to the exterior of your home.

 

You must have a pre-approved ARC in hand before any work begins. The HOA board has 60 days to approve or disapprove any ARC. Please plan ahead.

 

You do not need approval for washing or cleaning the outside of your unit.
