Return completed form by email to woodburnclubARC@gmail.com or mail printed copy to Doug Rhodes, HOA President, at 211 Woodburn Club Lane.

 

You must have a pre-approved ARC in hand before any work begins. The HOA board has 60 days to approve or disapprove any ARC. Please plan ahead.

 

You do not need approval for washing or cleaning the outside of your unit.
